Adrian Coome won the Nationwide Super Rising Star award.
Charlotte White won the Trackside Photography Special Achievement Award.
Garnett Taylor won the Thoroughbred Payments Recognition Award.
Each year we try and improve and lift the profile of the function, and with the fantastic assistance of Alex Penklis (Brisbane Airport Hotels) those that attended certainly were impressed. The entertainment this year was once again first-class, with Darren Carr hitting the spot perfectly delivering one of the funniest and most entertaining comedy acts you could see. In contrast Les Ross did the best with the equipment he had! (but still managed to get a few well-deserved laughs)
Big thanks to all the others that assisted on the night - David Fowler (MC), Darren Winningham (Photography) and the team from Qld Licensee Assistance Assoc who we were able to raise nearly $10k for on the night.
