It was a great end to 2017 for Toowoomba trainer Tony Sears, ( pictured) the leading QTIS 2yo trainer for December after winning $39,050 in QTIS bonus prizemoney for the month.
Kelly Doughty continued her good form to come second with $24,500 with Ben Williams close behind on $22,800.
Doughty remains the leading 2YO QTIS trainer for the season with a total of $73,500 in QTIS prizemoney, Lyle Wright moves into second with $39,750 and Sears is nipping at his heels on $39,050.
Ben Currie had the best month for 3YO QTIS trainers, pocketing $27,500 in December, with Robert Heathcote earning $23,050 in QTIS bonus prizemoney and Garry Schwenke rounded out the trifecta with $18,000 in QTIS bonuses.
Top Echelon's promising juvenile Ardoyne Road had a terrific month, banking $36,750 in QTIS bonus prizemoney to be the leading QTIS 2YO in December.
Blue Book's good form continued with another metro win and $24,500 and Cyclone Topgirl (by Changeintheweather) and Holdin' My Own (by Spirit of Boom) shared third spot with $12,750.
Milly Muncher, by Al Samer collected $18,000 in QTIS bonus prizemoney to be the leading QTIS 3yo for December.
But only just, with Rothesay's galloper Enterprise March just one thousand dollars behind, with Weekend Saga, by Real Saga third on $14,550.
They haven't earned enough to push Dazzling Red (on $41,500), by Red Dazzler, off the top of the 3yo Seasonal table, but Mishani Electra with $36,900 moves into second and pushes Cooroi Chase and Miss Miao into third, both with $38,750.
