For the fourth consecutive year, Less Ross has taken out the QTIS Premiership title for 2YO Trainers on Earnings. Ross trained the top QTIS 2YO (on earnings) Alert State.
The Steve O'Dea / Matthew Hoystead partnership dominated the 3YO QTIS Premiership all season. The Brisbane-based dynamic duo enjoyed an incredible 18 QTIS winners during the 2021/22 season, collecting $406,200 in QTIS bonus prizemoney.
2yo trainer on earnings - Less Ross with $320,625 and 11 winners
2yo trainer on wins - Roy Chillemi with 15 winners. Chillemi fiished third on the earnings table banking $155,050 for the season.
3yo trainer on earnings and on winners - Steven O'Dea and Matthew Hoystead $406,200 and 18 first past the post
2yo runner on earnings - Alert State by Defcon $62,625 and two wins
2yo runner on wins - Missile Thunder by Smart Missile with 6 wins and $51,000 in QTIS prizemoney
3yo runner on earnings - Chatty Lady by Spirit of Boom with $130,125 and two wins
3yo runner on wins - Isis Carmella by Bel Esprit with six wins and $85,200
Ross and the O'Dea/Hoystead partnership will receive a complimentary entry into the Magic Millions Race Series on one yearling that they purchase at the March 2023 Magic Millions Yearling Sale on the Gold Coast, thanks to the support of Magic Millions.
